Born in Christchurch, New Zealand, Bill Moloney settled in Australia in the 1930's, became a newspaper reporter, public relations officer, columnist, then for ten years wrote the script for Movietone News. From 1946-50, he wrote 3000 radio serials including the "I Love a Mystery" series, "Meet Mr. Mystery" and "Officer Crosby" episodes. After moving to Cairns, he managed Far Northern Theatres where he was also involved with the Good Neighbour Council. From the description of Papers [...
